Overview

The Amigo Coffee Roasters Wholesale App (“the App”) is provided by Amigo Roasters LLC exclusively to approved wholesale customers for business-to-business (B2B) coffee ordering. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and how it is protected.

Information We Collect

• Account & identity information. When you sign in (including via Google Sign-In), we receive your name and email address to authenticate you and link your session to your approved wholesale profile.
• Order & cart information. The products you browse, add to your cart, and order, along with quantities and the custom wholesale pricing associated with your account.
• Customer account identifier. An identifier that maps your app login to your Amigo Roasters wholesale customer record, used to apply your custom pricing and order history.
• Device & notification tokens. If you enable push notifications, we collect a device push token to deliver order and account notifications.

How We Use Your Information

• Authenticate your access and confirm your approved wholesale status
• Display your custom wholesale pricing and product catalog
• Process and sync orders with our Shopify wholesale store
• Send order updates and account notifications
• Maintain, secure, and improve the App

How Your Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help operate the App:

• Shopify — order processing, checkout, and wholesale account management
• Google — sign-in and authentication (Google Sign-In)
• Apple and Google (Firebase) — push-notification delivery

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

Data Storage & Security

Order and account data is stored within Amigo Roasters LLC business systems (including our Shopify store and Microsoft 365 / Dataverse tenant) and is accessible only to authorized Amigo Roasters staff. We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections, to protect your data.

Data Retention

We retain account and order information for as long as your wholesale account is active and as required for legitimate business, accounting, and legal purposes.

Your Choices & Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information by contacting us at the address below. You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings.

Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for business use by approved wholesale customers and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date above.
